Cons
- People are nice, but since it's a startup, they prefer to hire more junior-level people and pay lower salaries. Meaning, most of the employees are inexperienced, which creates an overall mediocre working environment. Also, there aren't many opportunities to learn from senior people. - There's often too much HR involvement in every small aspect of employees' daily work, which makes the overall environment stressful and causes frustration to both leaders and employees. - The company lacks some best practices as per working methodologies and communication between employees and teams.
