Growth can cause change but is normal in a company with plans of growth at this magnitude.

The product itself has potential.

The product itself has potential. However, its extremely slow and more often than not, the system is down. The biggest issue is the management/leadership. No structure no vision no support and no idea of what they are doing. Management is often belligerent and offers no plan or blueprint for the company. In cases some management has no knowledge of the product while drawing a management payroll. Be prepared for lie after lie from management and receive the occasional "drunk" phone call. Management attempts to target law enforcement departments with large budgets in order to sale large contract packages while offering smaller departments the same amount of service for a lower amount. The company will contract employees however will not fulfil the contract and pay you. There has been times where even payroll was missed by over a week.
