Pros
If there was one thing that I could say about Voyager that sets it apart from most companies, it would definitely be the culture that we have. Personally, it has been both inspiring and motivating to just be surrounded by such brilliant young individuals who are so passionate and eager to make a dent in the industry. From a digital marketing perspective, ultimately our number one goal is to generate leads in the most efficient way possible and with little-to-no existing brand equity (yet!). Most people may find this task daunting, but luckily, Voyager really invests in their people and gives great importance to developing and strengthening skills. Employees are given a lot of opportunities to training and seminars both locally and abroad that they wouldn’t have necessarily known about or sought out themselves. These allow for people to not only perform better but also become more confident in their craft. At the end of the day, you can really see the way each and every one works towards a common goal and knowing that just gives you a strong sense of belonging which I personally feel is one of the best parts about working in Voyager.
Cons
When we request for miscellaneous equipment such as drawers for our desk or a printer for our department, these things usually take a lot of time. However, the company has assured us that they are working on making the process smoother and more efficient.
