      There is no potential for financial growth. Lies are often told to staff and there is manipulation of staff to do more than they are paid for. Little flexibility. A lot of red flags. Turn over of staff is high

      Toxic culture. Abusive staff/management. Unsafe practices. They do not care about workers at all. No room for growth or pay rises, despite an individual's great work. Zero benefits. Racism, misogyny and mental abuse.
