Pros
I really enjoyed my time at Vox Media. My manager was supportive and understanding, and always allowed me to pitch and curate my own features. Lots of interview opportunities with big celebs, evening events and was allowed to take press trips in my own time. Macbook supplied and reimbursements for other office supplies and wifi/phone usage. Hybrid work environment.
Cons
There were often out-of-hours meetings to attend due to the time difference, but I was compensated/allowed time off in lieu. I felt that induction training sessions were a bit too extensive, a lot of the things I was required to go over I already knew from working on the job.
