      You get your salary, with just a little but of perks, but not a ‘WOW’ kind of perks.

      Cons

      - Extremely poor structure of company - Company has been retrenching employees for YEARS. - Does not inform retrenchment or give any notice at all until the day itself. - Retrenchment package is merely just the minimum. - CEO doesn’t even know what he’s doing most of the time - Most people left after they reduced the company by half as each year goes by.
