      Pros

      Nice people overall. decent product for certain industries. Owned by Australian IT holding company, Senastas.

      Cons

      management does not know what its doing. this is a niche product. hired and then fired 50% of USA team in 2023 including former VP of Sales. Why? because revenue targets were never close to being met as product is a niche product, for niche industries, and the company has fruitlessly spent millions trying to make it a mainstream product

      Pros

      - Growing market, interesting space. - Super flexible work environment. - Nice people who are actually pretty funny. - Small company (currently) so you have a close-knit feel. - Everyone you work with is really helpful.

      Cons

      - Remote-only means communication efforts, company is working on ways to improve this actively. - All startups have their challenges, none of them are out of the ordinary IMO.

      Pros

      Delivering Secure and Friendly files is a good thing.

      Cons

      2023 hired and fired 1/2 the USA team which was already a new team. How can you grow? 3 VP sales in 1 year. Very niche product with no lead generation, limited USA customers, etc. 90% of revenue comes from Singapore area so buy over there.
