Cons
It is not a company for everyone, throughout my growth here I have seen many people leave, working here keeps you demanding of yourself to do your best, always do more and deal with constant change, you need to learn quickly, change quickly and get used to it. Do not expect processes made for each of the activities, here we have a process today and a completely different one the next day.
