      Pros

      - Surrounded by very driven and passionate individuals - Opportunity to work on a highly complex system, built on a modern tech stack. There is a lot of work to do across the board. - Supportive culture that is conducive to helping each other succeed. New starters are given the resources they need to start having a tangible impact and delivering code from day one.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to do, so hours can be long; but the problems being solved are interesting

      The people are great, everyone is eager to jump in and help No micromanaging, and very much a non-toxic work environment The company is very strong and continuing to grow, it's an awesome opportunity Best CEO I've ever worked for

      Pros

      Okay experience, and mostly good people. The CEO is extremely well liked and genuine.

      Cons

      Beware of the favoritism amongst the various regions.
