Pros
A small team of 7 people. We all work super well together. The team works remotely using apps like Microsoft teams and Perforce. The team is very passionate about making games. Work schedule is flexible. Everyone has their own unique schedules. A chance to dip into other production pipeline and help each other out.
Cons
Occasionally, the production pipeline can become unorganized, causing some team members to re-do their work here and there. For a small company where we have manage the whole production ourselves, it is inevitable.
