Take too long to make a decision

Good social environment. People will support you. Questions are usually answered. Going to suppliers' sites is enjoyable. The plant itself is a beautiful piece of manufacturing.

Not much work. Work felt mundane. The work environment itself was lazy and slow. Very inconsistent workload... Usually very slow by VERY fast at times, almost too much. Not very technical.
