      Not sure about disadvantages one thing they use very less third party software because of this upcoming graduates have very less chance of knowing Volvo better

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      Vacation, parental leave, cafeteria, DEI.

      Cons

      I feel like decisions are made by people not involved in processes which results in day to day activities becoming more and more difficult. Unable to schedule projects to save their lives. So many last minute tests and drop in testing, theres almost no point to schedule testing.
