Pros
When you walk in this building, the showroom will put you in awe as well as the candle scents. President is one of the most nicest guy I've ever met and certain co-workers are cool. Benefits are great and holiday parties are awesome.
Cons
The company is unorganized and departments seem to stay in their own circle. You can sometimes tell they just put on an act to be nice. Considering that the company has been around for years, yet it can't keep up with the process and at times no one knows what they're doing but upper management talk like they do. Be careful who you trust because word might get around. Oh, don't forget they might play the finger pointing game. There's no room for advancement because management likes to have all the power.
