Pros
-Good training and Leadership. -7 years of sales. It's either opportunity or compensation Voltaic gives BOTH. They give you freedom of time and money. -It is Incredibly rare and generous that a CEO will give 1099 employees medical benefits it gives you a Picture of how they care about their employees.
Cons
They lack a bit on systems so getting business cards and leads sheets can be tedious.
