Thanks for your constructive feedback. Based on its content, it seems to apply to Project Managers. We care for the well-being of our team, and aim to improve the work environment and conditions continuously. We’re happy to see changes implemented in the past year in your Pros feedback. That being said, we recognize our failure to address some of the issues in a timely manner. We are aware that Project Managers had a greater pressure on their workload during Covid, which was entirely our responsibility. However, for 2021 we increased significantly the size of our management team. Once the training of the new team is completed, this should alleviate the PM from overtime. We also hired an IT technician in Quebec City. We’re sorry to read this feedback only after you left, but we thank you for your candor and will implement changes to ensure the Project Managers have a better work environment.
