Management believes "sex sells" and even replaced a male account rep with a female because "they need a woman in a skirt to make them happy" per a C-level executive High turnover(two mass layoffs of 25+ people during the year I was employed) Lack of billable projects resulted in engineers always worrying about their job Management encouraged lying to customers Practiced a "we will just give them a partial return if it sucks" mentality Lack of career growth plan
