None, really... The German "colleagues" have free hand in abusing non-German employers.
Cons
During my over 10 years employment there, I encountered racism, harassment and abuse from the German supervisors. Contacting HR only resulted in myself getting reprimanded. As a foreigner there are very few opportunities for promotion, etc.
