Their emphasis on work/life balance is fantastic. The team his highly motivated to create great-looking and -playing games. There are many experienced people here who have been working side-by-side for many years, so collaboration often comes very easily.
Cons
Some of the more senior folks who have been here for a long time can sometimes be a bit jaded about the industry.
