Pros outweigh the cons - Manager Volition Employee Review

There's a brilliant group of scientists advancing the horizons of nucleosome technology with a positive outlook. The group is highly collaborative and constantly in communication. Everyone is not only respectful but kind and understanding.

The company is international with folks in various time zones which might make scheduling difficult but I've managed to adjust pretty comfortably.

The company's values are great. Staff are super friendly Work life balance is amazing There is NO micromanaging you are treated like an adult!
