Pros
I worked at one of the Volcom clothing stores in a mall. You deal mainly with the people that are there and the occasional regional manager. Regional managers are always a little more picky with how you do things. If you have a good team then everything will be good.
Cons
Retail is always bad pay, customers suck because they're mean to you - but that's any retail job you work. I had a customer throw a pair of jeans in my face and it left a mark from the button. Otherwise, not many cons with working at Volcom.
