This was the most toxic executive team I have encountered in my career.
Leadership operates in a retaliatory and fear driven manner. Decisions are made without a clear business strategy or long term plan, resulting in constant restructuring, abrupt firings, and repeated reductions in force with little to no forethought. Entire teams are eliminated and rebuilt with no explanation, continuity, or accountability.
There is a strong culture of bullying from senior leaders. Questioning decisions, raising concerns, or offering professional dissent is not welcomed and often leads to being sidelined or targeted. Psychological safety does not exist.
Communication is poor, priorities change constantly, and employees are expected to absorb the fallout of executive level dysfunction. Morale is consistently low because people do not trust leadership to act ethically, strategically, or transparently.
This environment rewards loyalty over competence and silence over integrity.
