Pros
A great team with supportive colleagues
Cons
I’ve been with the company long enough to notice recurring patterns that negatively affect productivity and morale. I’m fortunate to be part of a great team with genuinely good people, and my immediate manager is supportive and does their best to shield us. However, the issues stem from poor top-level management, where there’s a consistent effort to cover up for senior leadership rather than addressing core problems. The product owner often avoids accountability, shifting responsibility onto development teams. As a result, fixes are rushed, and QA is treated as an afterthought — making it very difficult to maintain quality and stability. The product itself has deep design flaws. It wasn't built around current business requirements, and the resulting gaps are now being mislabeled as “bugs.” This misrepresentation puts unfair pressure on developers to resolve what are actually fundamental product management failures. There’s a clear disconnect between what’s needed and what’s being delivered, and until that’s acknowledged at the top, these issues will likely persist.
