Work from home would be ok if there was the time allocated to work with clients and not staff.
Cons
A lot of time filling out data for the company to evidence we're providing advocacy, that ultimately resulted in less time to practically advocate for the client group. Everything seemed rushed, stupid online team meetings all the time. No one lasts longer than a year.
