4yFeedback is very important to us, and we strive to encourage a culture of open communication across our business where employees feel valued, respected and heard. As such, we have several internal channels, be it anonymous or direct, to enable our employees to provide any constructive feedback or raise any concerns that they may have. As an industry, we are required to show great flexibility and agility within our work approach, to successfully meet the various needs of different clients and project types. Therefore, we often adapt our workflows to meet specific project requirements or deliverables to provide the best possible experience for our clients.
In the rare but unfortunate situation when we are faced with having to let an employee go, we first go through a performance improvement plan with the individual. This is specifically designed to support in their develop, to address any challenges they are experiencing and to hopefully overcome these collectively so that they can become more successful in the role going forward.
Throughout the course of the pandemic, we have implemented stringent Covid-19 protocols to protect our staff and external talent that were required to attend our facilities across the Group, and we continue to take this incredibly seriously. People will always remain at the heart of our business, and we do our best to invest in our teams and ensure their workplace safety and satisfaction.
