Pros
Great co-workers, most of whom are patient and understanding, especially when you're starting out. As long as you pull your weight and treat everyone with respect, there's not a whole lot wrong with the fulfillment and AM teams. I have learned a lot of new skills at this job, which will be quite helpful down the road. This is primarily young workforce, but people of all ages can work and get along great here. Many V Digital employees stay on the pulse of what's going on in the world and in the digital space, which is great for problem solving unique issues or changing up the workflow.
Cons
There are a few things that keep this place from truly shining, mainly the management. A lot of the upper management has little to no real understanding of how digital marketing works or how fast it evolves. That being said, it's hard to run a "cutting edge" company when you're still stuck on outdated ideas from 5 years ago. Forget vacations or any sort of "modern" work culture if you work here. It's an office job with a few splashes of color and some nerf guns. This is not the same kind of company that offers flex-time or ample PTO/benefits: most people work 40-60 hours a week with no real prospect of moving up. Based on what has been happening over the last few months, most promotions are purely based on favoritism.
