      My time at Vohkus Ltd has been marked by several significant issues: Lackluster Leadership: Management lacks direction and communication, leading to confusion among staff. Communication Breakdowns: Important information is often unclear or withheld, hindering productivity. Toxic Culture: Negative atmosphere with cliques and favoritism, making integration difficult for new hires. Limited Training: Insufficient support for new employees, leading to feelings of incompetence. Subpar Compensation: Salaries and benefits fall short of industry standards, leaving employees feeling undervalued.

      Long process that sometimes slowed the ability to quote due to internal process. Also struggled to get pay owed, once I handed my notice in.

      Thank you for your feedback, which we very much value. Our people are our number one asset, and our engagement and support for each other contributes to our success. We continue to review our processes on a regular basis to seek ways to improve expediency to quote without losing accuracy or compliance to our governance. When sales staff leave the business there can be a delay in making payment of commission, which is always paid one month in arrears, and we have to undertake the necessary checks and balances for each payroll.

      Small company that was recently merged with SSC, but nothing bad about it necessarily.
