We continue to review our processes on a regular basis to seek ways to improve expediency to quote without losing accuracy or compliance to our governance. When sales staff leave the business there can be a delay in making payment of commission, which is always paid one month in arrears, and we have to undertake the necessary checks and balances for each payroll.
