Good relationship between peers and colleagues , except in high management.
Cons
C-level doesn’t get along at all, which causes misdirection, confusion, and a feeling that the ship is drifting to all employees. Financial decisions are taken irresponsibly and arrogantly without proper business knowledge putting in risk the infrastructure and network maintenance and continuity.
