Great environment, very big on people management. Lots of great outside benefits. Overall branding for a Vodafone employee is terrific

Cons

If you live far from the HQ it takes half your day to get to and from there.

Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
