      One of the better place to work in Italy. #1 telco company in Italy in terms of revenues and EBITDA margins.

      Cons

      sometimes, too big and complex company: it is not always easy to implement changes in processes. beeing one of the biggest operational company in the Vodafone group we have always to overperfom targets.
