Has Squandered the opportunity to leapfrog the competition and deliver truly innovative market leading services - lots of talk, little delivery. Management still think like white socks mobile salesmen of the late eighties/ early nineties - it doesn't work as their main product is so commoditised they have little idea as to how they move into newer and more value add services and products - or a lack of appetite to make the investment to do it. Found it easier to give the shareholders one off divis from the sale of their share in Verizon rather than make real long term continued investments in other services.
