      Pros

      Very supportive line manager. Well organised setup, great in-store team, no unpleasantness, everyone helps one another at all times. There are support channels galore -online, Live Chat, WhatsApp groups, bulletin boards. Extremely well organised setup up overall.

      Cons

      Run on minimal staff. Systems slow and outdated, fraught with issues -thankfully, most colleagues aware of workarounds or pitfalls to avoid. Ancillary benefits not as comprehensive as Carphone Warehouse (previous employer). Bonus not easy to achieve.

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
