Interesting technology and lots of responsibility - Software Engineer Vnomics Corp Employee Review

Working at Vnomics was great. People are super nice and friendly. Office is very clean and professional but still have fun when work allows.

Very small company so movment was kinda difficult. Not a ton of room for advancement.

The environment is really inviting and you can witness the culmination of new ideas all the time. It's inspiring to hear how excited all of our employees are to work at this company and how excited they are to share their experiences with peers outside of the company (seen through employee referrals to fill open positions).

There are times when the communication can seem a little separated between upper management and everyone else. However, I know they are working on that by incorporating All Employee meetings after every board meeting.
