      1) Great Infrastructure 2) Always ready to Spend on Technologies, Assets, Infrastructure, Skills, Training 3) In-house Admin, IT, Care-taker staff, 24x7 staff presence 4) Timely Appraisals and career growth 5) Management is easily approachable

      Cons

      Employs need to be more loyal to their duties and should not take advantage of flexible policies.

      Pros

      It is a good company in lucknow. HR always helps and coordinates with employees. Seniors are always ready to help, no ego of seniority. Friendly environment. No politics. "Ratnesh Sir" realy nice senior. Salary on time. No work pressure for juniors. Chance to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      Long working hours (9:30 hrs including lunch break of 40 mnts). No PF, ESIC,Medical benefits only thing you get is salary. Outdoor Parties, may be in a year(I am not sure as of now). No good increment for new joiners.
