You will languish & likely end up being the scape-goat if you stick around (most people don’t - as the size of the ‘team’ clearly demonstrates). You’ll receive very little guidance or direction, and likely find yourself with not much to do as a result, which is particularly frustrating if your are motivated to advance your career.
