I have been with the company since almost its inception. Amazing to see how the company is changing and adapting to the new ways of implementation. This company is only if you are a performer. Others get a very normal salary and not much growth. So if you are not passionate then this company is not for you. Finally, good to see that people who have attitude and no passion for the job are being let go graciously. Almost all who have been passionate has got an opportunity to travel to Japan. Hats off to the company!

Even after 4/5 years, it still works as a startup. need to wear multiple hats

Being in the Fintech industry, Vizitech has a lot of potential in terms of growth. The company is led by people from leading institutions like Citigroup and Fidelity. The CEO is ambitious and very understanding of his employee's needs. Vizitech has a strong understanding of Japan and how to do business there, having worked with major financial institutions like data providers. The work life balance is excellent with normal work hours between 9am to 7pm.

As it is a small company, there are the usual downsides. No perks or benefits. The office is small and the equipment & devices are old.
