A month away from Vivex (Miami) I consider myself a very good worker and a collaborator with the company all the time and if there is any doubt, asking is enough. During the time I worked, a warning was never necessary or an error occurred that caused a problem for the company; But one sad day I made a mistake I didn't see something important and I released a donor and the status was quickly changed to hold, but that's why I was fired. Other people with warning continue to work in the department to which I belonged QA, apparently they did not fire me due to a simple mistake; that was planned by my manager, supervisor and other people whom I did not like. A few days before I was fired, a person made a big mistake when taking out a contaminated product and even the FDA was present and that same person with a warning for saying homophobic words towards me and other guy is still present in his position. The friendship between J and Y is enough so that in QA they do everything and everything is forgotten. There is a mess in QA but of course that happens if even the bosses do not listen to any worker and those who do prefer to destroy as L did to me. Vivex is a very good company and even when I was fired I was very happy because I loved my job and did it super well; But favoritism is the boss at Vivex Miami, it's like a monopoly of friends who destroy those who don't play their games. Vivex saves lives; but they also destroy souls like mine, Iris and others. As long as they continue to allow prejudiced people to run the company, no work or ex-work will be happy. I am sure that I was fired for saying the things that no one dared, for being who I am and above all for defending my personality and never hiding my sexual orientation.
