Pros

1. On-time salary 2. Friendly Environment

Cons

1. Salary structure is relatively low compared to market standards for similar roles. 2. Government holidays are not given, and even during major festivals like Eid the leave period is too short (these days are treated as work-from-home instead of actual holidays.) 3. Although the company promotes remote flexibility, in practice employees need to provide justification even for working from home. 4. Some teams and team leads are too much toxic. 5. Leadership appears biased toward employees who drinks or oils the CTO.

Pros

Vivasoft genuinely offers solid growth opportunities — I got to work on interesting projects that pushed me technically and helped me level up as an engineer. The team culture was a real highlight too; colleagues were collaborative, supportive, and easy to work with on a daily basis. Flexible hours were a big plus — you could manage your own schedule and work in a way that suited you, which made a noticeable difference in work-life balance.

Cons

Office politics can be a bit of a thing here. Visibility sometimes matters more than output, and decisions aren't always purely merit-based, which can be frustrating if you're someone who just wants to put your head down and do good work. Salary increments are also pretty average — don't expect anything above the standard market raise at appraisal time. If compensation growth is a priority for you, it may not keep up with your expectations over time.
