Micro managing and inconsistency in terms of goal setting. Avoid.

Friendly team enviroment , highly motivated staff, multicultural. Positive attitude and tact shown when mistakes are made to motivate staff to not give up and keep going.

Training is not of a high standard and can some times feel as if its done just to say that they have trained you. Some of the operating systems are old. extremely long hours and required to work at least 3 hours extra most days plus every other Saturday with no over time pay available on these extra hours
