Pros

Sommige collega’s zijn aardig, maar ook overwerkt.

Cons

Presenteren zich als inclusief en divers, valt in de praktijk vies tegen. Voornamelijk blanke mannen. Tijdens sollicitaties moeten kandidaten gratis werk in de vorm van “opdrachten” maken, vervolgens gebruiken ze dit en sturen ze de kandidaten weg. Management is arrogant en onbeleefd, kijkt neer op anderen en zijn vooral bezig met uiterlijk vertoon. Diploma’s tellen heel zwaar, hoe meer hoe beter. Ook al heb je deze eigenlijk niet nodig voor de functie. Veel vriendjespolitiek. Typisch geval van ‘hebben de klok horen luiden maar weten niet waar de klepel hangt’.
