      Pros

      They offer health & dental benefits, but no 401K.

      Cons

      In business for over 10 years, but still explain their shortcomings on "being a start up". No documentation of processes. The software is buggy and requires constant change. Developers are always overwhelmed with work. Nothing on their website is true. No matter what your role is, all work is tracked in tickets, which are reviewed daily. VP/Directors/Managers do minimal work and spend their time in meetings, "delegating", and watching your time. You will be micromanaged.

      1. Management is very good & very very friendly. 2. Good Benefits & good starting pay. 3. Good challenges & gives us opportunity to learn new skills and implement them (Career Advancement Opportunities) 4. Your work is always appreciated and if there is a criticism it is always a constructive criticism. 5. Great team of people having a common goal. 6. Occasional lunch and dinner for all the employees provided by the management.
