Pros

This company will treat you well. You will be given flexibility, treated with dignity, and valued as part of a cohesive team unit. The management team are fantastic individuals, and your supervisor and director have a vested interest in your growth and development.

Cons

....However, there is the expectation to always produce and aim for more. Which is not inherently a BAD thing, and if you need help setting those goals and achieving them, help will be given to you *if you ask for it.*

Pros

I will say, Staying at home, is one of the best things about this job, the pay was okay for the job at hand, the program was phenominal to use, very innovative, there still working out the kinks, which is understandable, its a new company, the benfits i guess got better over the years, i had no issues with these factors, these things to me were great i have no complaints.....

Cons

Okay... (as i crack my fingers) why working at vital connect as an ekg/mct Technician a living nightmare, for me, the lack of professional respect from peers was very distasteful, and then the lack of proper training (at least when I started) the petty bullying, a lot of these people referred people so there’s a lot of bias encounters that you may run into, if you say anything negative about anyone, you mind as well just say it to them because, the team leads/ supervisors are going to tell them anyway, which puts you in a worst hostile environment, and if your new they’re going to tell you it’s not like that, and now they will always undermined your opinions, and for some reason maybe I was the only one to notice this, but I would always receive an write up about something right after I mention something negative about someone, but hey I digress, be very sure that you are 1000% computer proficient when it comes to working here, administration experience is way more useful with this job then actually knowing rhythms, they had (in my time), very high expectations, and with the half ash training, you are required to juggle, blow fire, hand out popcorn and tame the lion at this circus, and after finally learning how to master these many task's it’s no longer a circus anymore, and that is a big problem here, your half trained then they change everything up, frequently, the policies, and how to do the job changes consistently, and you have to adjust quickly, or be "written up, and possibly terminated", you will be threatened with these terms throughout the whole employment, it is a very woman dominated company role, and if you ever worked for a company that was an office environment with a lot of women then you know the stresses of that, rather if you’re a woman or man, if you don’t socialize with the clique then you will be quickly outcasted, but its fine since you work from home, I just want to mention that for description reasons, so while being disrespected and undermined by the peers, top management wants answers every huddle meeting why people are making misses and not catching certain deadly rhythms, which to me I’ve always found funny, because they have an expectation of the amount of scans you are required to do and you have to be fast, and you are only allowed to make I think 4 mistakes within a 12 month calendar year, while doing multiple tasks at the same time, answering phones, emails, chatting on social platform's, inputting each bad finding, and answering people questions about rhythms. here’s the math... there’s a minimum of 3000 or more scans you are expected to clear daily that’s possibly 12000 scans a week 48000 a month which equals roughly 576,000 possible chances that you could possibly as a human make 4 or 5 misses, lol!! and they wonder why people only do there 4 days and don’t sign up for anymore, they consistently need people to sign up to clear there notifications daily, grant it is possible to go a few months without misses, but be realistic, also, the way they write you up is very inconsiderable and confusing, let’s say its January 2025 and you made 2 misses in November 2024, they'll write you up and say don’t make any more misses, so of course now your more careful in January, but if you also get 3 or more missed rhythms in December 2024, that you’re not aware about until January because now the patients have been discharged, your automatically terminated without the chance to redeem yourself... trust me when I say, work at your own risk, I wrote this not to bash the company in anyway, I just want people fully aware of what they’re getting into, I wasn’t, and the person who told me about it lied about everything, and received money for selling me out to this company, so if your being referred or thinking of leaving a job for this one... heed my warning...
