      The people really care about the company and are passionate about the product.

      Cons

      Not great for advancement unless you are in their headquarters in Toronto. Good benefits but slow for promotion and no defined career path for employees.

      The team atmosphere here is excellent and it's great to work besides so many intelligent individuals.

      Pros

      Great people. They are passionate about the technology. Small company but good work life balance

      Cons

      Because it's a smaller company, limited room for advancement. They have the backing of a larger company but advancement there is limited.
