Pros
The people are great who work there on a personal level. They have the potential to do great things. Asking for constant pay cuts, staff still performs despite the let downs
Cons
Bad management decisions. Running a business requires listening to your employees and empowering them to be creative and succeed. For the last 7 years the company has struggled to pull themselves out of the hole with no success. Sales operations are a shambles as those hired to lead sales aren't qualified. Managers and leads are appointed but aren't allowed to make decisions. Project managers, and finance people having to constantly lie to suppliers isn't a way to do business because you can't pay your bills on time.
