      Fairly stuck in the way they are used to doing things. Resistant to new ideas and change. Poor sharing of information given integration with T-Mobile.

      *Company culture is cool and really enjoyed working with peers around my level/my direct team

      Cons

      *Leadership isn't strong, strategy feels too wishy washy *Fast paced environment but too willing to cut corners in engineering
