Pros
Very hard to find any, over 12 years there and any perks of the job had evaporated in the last few years, the bonus is down, the shop is gone, the healthcare plan is very poor, I could go on. This place is a toxic swamp, how I stayed as long as I did I will never know, getting out has shown me real work and work relationships with management. The place is being driven into the ground at the moment and management too thick to realise, good technicians walking out the door in big numbers and the guys in to replace them are sleeping upstairs in the mezz and cannot even change a sensor. Management are so clueless they cannot see what everyone else can, it's hilarious. Getting out has been the best decision of my life, my health, happiness and general wellbeing has drastically improved being away from that horrible shift and culture in there
Cons
Loads of cons years back, absolutely nothing these days, place is a cesspit for horrible managers and cultures
