Pros
Easily the best job I've ever had. 4.5 day work week as well as the option to WFH are amazing benefits. The people are also really good. Pay is decent, but I know of some people making a lot depending on tenure and skillset.
Cons
Recent changes have been rocky. We didn't get raises last year and the current CEO seems much less focused on keeping the workers happy and comfortable and more focused on shareholder profits.
