Some absolutely lovely colleagues and the chance to work on creative projects that boost the profile of a whole country. Some teams are absolutely delightful, successful and fantastic to work for.
Cons
Extraordinary lack of vision from upper management, who can be difficult to work with. Lots of issues with process, trust, burnout and stress all over the place at head office.
