TERRIBLE WROKPLACE - Facilitator Visions of Science Network for Learning Employee Review

Working at Visions has truly been an amazing experience, everyone at Visions is really nice and the working environment is positive and welcoming, working at Visions this summer has truly been a pleasure and I'm really happy with how it went!

I wouldn't really say there are any cons

- heart-warming mission - impact is demonstrated in real time

- cliquey environment - overt favouritism culture - 'family-like' culture leads to boundary overstep with coworkers, especially at the facilitator level - little to no follow-up on suggestions for programming - no actionable feedback provided to facilitators at this level
