- Culture: We have everything from monthly trivia, to a stocked kitchen, to celebrating all events as a company. - People: The people that make up VisionWeb are brilliant, kind, hard working, innovative, determined, and just quality people. I thoroughly enjoy my coworkers and being surrounded by them daily. - Business: We've been around for 15 years and are continuing to go strong. 2017 is going to be an amazing year for VisionWeb and I couldn't be more excited to be a part of this team and see all this hard work pay off. Exciting times!

- Need to figure out stronger ways to incorporate our amazing remote employees. Implement a new, stronger plan for 2017. - Communication is always a challenge in the workplace, and we are good, but there is always room for improvement. Would love to see some leaps in this area.
